£65 This will entail a visual check of your chimney stack/external flue, pot and cowl. I will strip the appliance down, check and clean all removable parts before inspecting the flue and sweeping. When swept, I will reassemble your appliance, clean the glass and conduct a smoke test to check for possible leaks.

£65 I will carry out the same external inspection as with a wood burner and, depending on the type of open fire, remove and clean the relevant parts. I will seal the fire opening before sweeping and when swept, carry out a smoke test to check for sufficient draw.

£80 Similar to an open fire, but a more involved sweep.

From £115 This covers an hour and a half to fully remove the nest. However, nests can be tricky, so may take longer than an hour. Every additional fifteen minutes will be charged at £10.

If you need to cancel or postpone your appointment, please give me at least forty-eight hours’ notice; any less than that could incur a £50 charge. Similarly, if your appliance or installation is unsafe and unable to be swept, there could be a call out charge of £50.

You can pay by card on the day. This is my preferred method but is limited by mobile coverage which is not always great in our area. Alternatively, you can pay cash on the day or by BACS.
